With the slogan “Learning through games” Western Australian Primary & High Schools has created a series of weekly soft-skills sessions for students in summer programs. The session was about to hold in the morning of June, 29th with the participation of the students of class 1 and 2 so that It enabled them to practice team-working skills, have chances to know each other, and make more new friends.
In the afternoon of June, 26th, the students participating in summer programs at Western Australian Primary & High Schools (WAPS) had a wonderful trip at Cu Chi’s water park. It was an outdoor activity to help them improve their health and personality and have memorable experiences this summer.
On Jun 23rd, Western Australian Primary and High School has organized the class on teamwork skills for the students participating in the summer program at the school. The class not only brought these students joy, excitement in learning but also helped them practice life skills that is the foundation for their later personality development.
In 2015, the opening ceremony of summer course took place at Western Australian Primary and Secondary School in exciting and interesting atmosphere on Monday June 15, 2015. Attending the opening ceremony included Christopher Poole Mr. Johnson – Academic Director, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan – Vice Principal, Ms Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan – Vice Principal, all teachers, students and their parents.
On the morning of March 29, Western Australian Primary and High School successfully organized a seminar called “Teaching children discipline without whips.” Parents’ reactions were positive. During the seminar, Associate Professor Huỳnh Văn Sơn shared his experience with actual cases and talked about the harmful effects of parents, teachers and other education specialists using whips.
