Only one more week till the summer program ends at the Western Australian school, one more week of useful and energetic lessons, and one more week to enjoy interesting moments with friends in Royal Poinciana season. To end this memorable summer, the Starter students, under the enthusiastic guidance of Ms. Minh Hanh, is secretly preparing a playful dance for the upcoming closing day of the summer course.
In the past, conflict is the origin, dynamic of movement and social development. Nowadays, conflict also has another “function” is to create an alarming level of school violence. To help students be aware of the consequences of conflict at a young age, on the morning in July 14th, the Western Australian school has selected the theme “Conflict resolution” for the regularly living skill classes. With humorous words and stories, the class was taken place in a playful and comfortable atmosphere by Mr. Nguyen Trong Nhan.
Whatever things have been changing, only parents’ love towards their children do never fade. Indeed, how we can measure the heart and love of parents for children, so filial piety, as a natural thing, always the must-have norm of every human. With concentration on both academic and character for students, on the last July 12th, the Western Australian held the seminar “Teaching filial piety is the first priority” with the participation of Associate Professor PhD. Huynh Van Son, which has caused much emotion for many attendances.
Studying doesn’t mean sitting in the class and writing or taking notes. With the slogan “learning is fun and fun is learning”, on July 10th, the Western Australian School organized a field trip for students during their summer program. The students were extremely excited of playing games in a comfortable atmosphere and through that, they learnt very useful lessons.
In Western Australian Primary and High School, summer is not only days for students to review academic programs in previous school year or cultivate necessary knowledge on science and society, it is also a period of time to develop their talents for singing, dancing, sports, etc.
